WoodlyOurs gives your woodworking shop its own design page at woodlyours.app/yourshop. Your customers use it to design a cutting board and send you the finished order. We host the design tool and deliver the order to you.
We are not part of your sale. Your customer's contract is with you. You set your rates and prices, you decide which orders to accept, and you build and ship the work. We never take a percentage of what you charge. That also means the things a seller owes a buyer — quality, refunds, returns, warranties — are owed by you, not by us.
Your page stops taking new orders, but it does not disappear. Anyone following an old link from your bio or a card sees your shop name and a way to contact you directly, so a lapsed subscription never leaves your customers at a dead end.
We keep your settings, woods and rates for at least 90 days so you can reactivate rather than start over. After that we may delete them. Orders you already accepted are unaffected.
You keep ownership of everything you supply — your shop name, photos, text and logos. You give us only the permission needed to display them on your page and in the emails we send on your behalf.
You warrant that you hold the rights to what you supply and display, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights. You agree to indemnify IGGYDOM LLC against any claim, loss or cost arising from content you supply.
We may remove content or suspend a page if we receive a credible infringement claim. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first — but we may act immediately if we think we have to.
Your customers can upload artwork to be engraved. They confirm at upload that they have the right to use it. You decide whether you can lawfully make that board, and you can decline any order for any reason.
WoodlyOurs does not review, clear or approve artwork, and does not make the item. If a claim arises from artwork a customer supplied, that responsibility sits with the customer who supplied it.
We keep uploaded files attached to the order record, so if a question is ever raised there's a clear record of what was uploaded, when, and whether you accepted or declined.
Your customer's board is your work. Everything about the physical product — build quality, materials, finish, delivery condition, timing, and anything promised about it — is between you and your customer, handled your way. That includes refunds, remakes, returns and disputes. WoodlyOurs is the design and ordering tool; we make no promise to your customer about the board, and we can't honor one.
If a customer contacts us about a board, we'll point them to you — warmly, and with their order reference so nothing gets lost. We ask that you make it right or make it clear, promptly. That's not just courtesy: every shop's customers are also every other shop's first impression of a WoodlyOurs-powered page.
If a pattern forms, we act. Where we receive three or more credible board-quality complaints about the same shop within any 30-day period, we may review the shop's account and — at our reasonable discretion — suspend or end its subscription under section 8. "Credible" means a real customer, a real order reference, and a complaint about the product or the conduct of the sale — not taste, and not a customer we reasonably believe is mistaken or abusive. We'll tell you about complaints as they arrive, and you'll always have the chance to show us the other side before anything happens to your account. Suspension for complaints works like any other suspension (section 4): your page degrades gracefully, never to a dead link.
Don't use WoodlyOurs to:
We may suspend an account that does. Where it's not serious, we'll ask you to fix it first.
Your link is yours — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, your own site, printed cards, packaging.
One important exception: Etsy. Etsy prohibits directing buyers off its platform, including by QR code, and bans external links in Etsy Messages. Do not put your link in Etsy listings, messages, or in the box of an Etsy order — it puts your Etsy shop at risk, not ours.
We work to keep the service running, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or improve features over time. If we plan to remove something you rely on, we'll give you reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, IGGYDOM LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We store your shop details, your settings, and the orders your customers place. We use them to run the service and to email you orders. We don't sell personal data. Payments are handled by Stripe under their own terms; email is delivered by Resend. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email hello@woodlyours.com.
If we make a material change we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms. Each version is dated, and the version you accepted at signup is recorded on your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
